67 layers of DamascusWhy it cuts like this
Built around the steel
Every blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel around a high carbon core, then hardened to 60-62 HRC. That is why it bites into a tomato skin instead of sliding over it, and why it holds its edge long after a supermarket knife has given up.
- 67layers of Damascus steel
- 60-62HRC hardness, so the edge lasts
- 200days to try it at home
- Lifetimewarranty on every knife
Galaxy vs. the rest
Premium steel without the premium price
The same kind of hard Damascus steel you find in knives that cost a lot more, with a longer return window and a lifetime warranty on top.

Good to know
Care, delivery and the warranty, in plain language. Still stuck? We answer every email.
How do I keep it sharp?
Hand wash your knife and dry it right after use, that alone keeps the edge in shape far longer. Hone it every few weeks and put it on a whetstone a few times a year, depending on how much you cook.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Detergent and heat dull the edge and damage the handle. Hand wash only, then dry it thoroughly.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every Galaxy knife is covered for life against defects in material and workmanship. Something wrong with your blade? Send us a photo and we sort it out.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order. It goes out tracked with Royal Mail and arrives in 1 to 4 working days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 200 days to send it back. Once it arrives in its original condition you get your money back within 14 days. Return postage is on you, unless the knife is defective. Then we cover it.
Does it arrive gift ready?
Yes. Every knife ships in a gift box, so it is ready to hand over as it is.
