Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on www.galaxyknives.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Age Requirement

Our knives are sharp tools. You must be at least 18 years old to buy knives from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe this is not the case, and carriers may ask for proof of age on delivery.

3. Products

  • We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or pattern are possible; every Damascus blade has its own unique pattern.
  • All products are offered while stocks last. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
  • Our products are intended for household and professional kitchen use only.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Our prices are in euros (EUR). For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT.
  • If you shop in another currency, prices are converted from euros. You pay the amount in the currency shown at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): customs duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout, so you will not pay anything extra on delivery.
  • Payment is made at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there.
  • In the case of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to deliver at the incorrect price. We will contact you and you may cancel your order free of charge.

5. Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed at that moment. We may cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your country, or in case of suspected fraud. If this happens, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Processing and delivery times, costs and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days. How this works, and what it costs, is described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

You always have your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract. In addition, we offer a lifetime warranty on our knives and a 2-year warranty on our cookware, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This extra warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, dishwasher damage, overheating or failure to follow the care instructions. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Safe Use and Liability

  • Always handle our knives with care, keep them out of the reach of children and follow the care and use instructions.
  • We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper, careless or unintended use of our products.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to Omnify Group B.V. or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

Are you not satisfied? Please let us know at info@galaxyknives.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may contact the competent consumer dispute body or court in your country.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you placed it.
