Why you'll love it
The right knife for every job with the Tenshi 9-Piece Set.
From the cleaver for a whole pumpkin to the paring knife for peeling, the set has it covered, with two gyutos for the big prep. You stop grabbing whatever's clean and start using the knife that's made for it.
The Tenshi knives have blue resin handles, so the whole set looks like it belongs together on the worktop. Every blade is Damascus steel hardened to 60-62 HRC, so the edges stay sharp for a long time between sharpenings.
Every knife in the set comes with a lifetime warranty.

Blade & performance
Damascus steel blades, made for sharpness and durability, with a wave pattern that is different on every blade.
Care
Hand wash each knife with warm water and a drop of soap, then dry it right away. Never put it in the dishwasher: the heat and detergent dull the edge and damage the handle.
Hone each knife every few weeks and use a whetstone a few times a year, depending on how much you cook.
Delivery & returns
Free delivery on every order, tracked with Royal Mail. It arrives in 1 to 4 working days.
You have 200 days to return it. Return postage is on you, unless the knife is defective.
Lifetime warranty
Every Galaxy knife is covered for life against defects in material and workmanship. Something wrong with your blade? Send a photo to info@galaxyknives.com and we sort it out.
Not covered: damage from misuse or the dishwasher.
Every blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel around a high carbon core, then hardened to 60-62 HRC. That is why it bites into a tomato skin instead of sliding over it, and why it holds its edge long after a supermarket knife has given up.
A good knife is one of the few gifts that gets used every single day. Every Galaxy knife ships in its own gift box, so it is ready to hand over the moment it arrives.

Hand wash your knife and dry it right after use, that alone keeps the edge in shape far longer. Hone it every few weeks and put it on a whetstone a few times a year, depending on how much you cook.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Detergent and heat dull the edge and damage the handle. Hand wash only, then dry it thoroughly.

The blue resin handles give the set a really distinctive look without feeling flashy. The Cleaver is the standout for me. I’ve been using it for chicken portions and the cuts are clean with very little effort. I’m looking forward to seeing how the edges hold up over time.
I keep reaching for the Bread knife, especially for clean bread slicing. Soft brioche is noticeably quicker and cleaner to prep now. The handle shape is comfortable even when I’m doing a longer batch of prep. A genuinely useful upgrade rather than something that just looks nice.
The set arrived looking every bit as good as the photos and feels even better in the hand. The balance between blade and handle is probably my favourite part. For daily kitchen prep, the 20 cm Gyuto has been spot on. Even chicken feels much easier to work through.

I also really like the blue resin handles and Damascus blades; it looks premium but still feels practical enough for daily use. I didn’t expect the Paring knife to become my favourite, but it is perfect for small precision work, particularly with garlic. Tomatoes and herbs are where I noticed the sharpness most.
